Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club
Rancho Santa Fe, California

This project is 16,000 ft2 which includes fully equipped Locker Rooms, Card Rooms, Dining Rooms, Terrace Room Bar, Lounge, Public Restrooms, Administrative Offices and a 2,800 ft2 Kitchen.  The high volume Kitchen requires a 5,000 gallon grease interceptor design with associated piping.

This high profile project is located at an elevation below the nearest sewer main, thus we engineered a sewage ejection system that pumps the waste to a sewer main at a higher elevation.  The building is heated and cooled by split system heat pumps.

Jimmy’s Family Restaurant
Santee, California

This 8,500 ft2 restaurant includes a 1,600 ft2 Kitchen. A.L.M. Consulting Engineers was hired to engineer the kitchen mechanical systems. A fire had started in the previous restaurant kitchen and burned most of the restaurant. The client had selected A.L.M. Consulting Engineers because of their expertise in engineering kitchen mechanical systems. The owner wanted a consultant with vast experience to insure the quality of the mechanical engineering.

Laural Restaurant
San Diego, California

This restaurant is approximately 8,550 ft2 with a 2,200 ft2 Kitchen. This restaurant is located on the First Floor of an existing four story building located in Downtown, San Diego. The restaurant space was initially occupied by a bank.

The remodel tenant improvement presented interesting challenges. The owner and client needed a Kitchen expert with vast remodel and mechanical engineering kitchen design experience, thus A.L.M. Consulting Engineers was hired to engineer the exhaust and make-up air systems for the Kitchen. The kitchen ventilation systems with grease ducts had to be routed up through three floors (occupied offices) and up through the roof and of course meet all code requirements.
